My first attempt to colour anything digitally...
Edward Fairfax Rochester, everyone's favourite brooding, Byronic, would-be bigamist!
Sketched, scanned, and painted in photoshop 6 with a mouse. (My kingdom for a tablet!) And he's holding a riding crop, not a golf club.
Rochester is Charlotte Bronte's creature, not mine.
And for the record, I'm of the opinion that even when maimed and blinded, Mr Rochester could take Mr Darcy on any day. I suggest a mud-wrestling match. Followed by Rhett Butler vs. Heathcliff.
